Overlooking the sea, this carefully renovated villa can accommodate up to ten guests, featuring five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The villa features a spacious terrace with a beautiful pool and stunning sea views. Outdoors, there are al fresco lounge areas for relaxing and socialising, along with a barbecue area where guests can enjoy traditional Italian meals in a private setting. The terrace offers a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for romantic dinners and stargazing. Additionally, a small shaded fitness area with a weight bench, exercise bike, and treadmill completes the outdoor space.

A refuge for the body and the spirit, the exclusive wellness area of the villa, located on the ground floor, offers all the rituals of contemporary wellness in a setting that is both sumptuous and elegant. The area features an indoor pool (heated up to 31°C, with Jacuzzi), a sauna, an emotional shower, a bucket shower, and a hot tub. Indulge yourself by immersing into the pool and experiencing the stimulating heat treatments, or simply surrender to the peace and stillness of pure relaxation.

Flooded with natural light, the villa’s generous living room features comfortable sofas with plenty of seating. The majolica tiles complement the neutral backdrop of the walls, while the windows, capturing views of the sea, create a luminous atmosphere. The villa also boasts a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay. This 230-sqm villa also offers five comfortable double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, located on the upper floors.

A spiral staircase connects the floors of the villa, acting like a piece of art decorating the ground floor. The upper floors boast five double bedrooms. Four bedrooms are located on the first level and feature en-suite bathrooms with showers. On the same level, you will also find the bathroom and living area of the fifth double bedroom, located on the upper level. The bathroom of the fifth bedroom includes a shower, while the room also features an exclusive bathtub.

Please note that the butler lives on the property in his own independent apartment. The butler's apartment is located on the top level of the villa (attic) and has an independent bathroom and kitchen. Guest privacy is guaranteed. The laundry room is not accessible to guests; however, personal laundry service is available on request, at an extra cost. Kindly note that the indoor pool can be heated up to 31°C, while the outdoor pool is not heated.
