The Property
Located close to several beaches and less than two kilometres from the centre of Positano, Villa Arienzo boasts a sophisticated design, providing the perfect hideaway in one of the most celebrated destinations on the Amalfi Coast. Nestled between an endless blue sky and the azure sea, the villa’s spectacular setting ensures breathtaking panoramas. Overlooking the sea, this exclusive property can accommodate up to twelve guests, comprising a main villa with four bedrooms and a dépendance with two bedrooms.

Set within a spacious garden, the villa features a generous terrace with outdoor furniture and stunning sea views. Outside, there are al fresco lounge areas for relaxing and socialising, as well as an exclusive dining area where guests can enjoy intimate meals together. A private beach can be reached by descending approximately 100 steps from the villa, with steps leading down to the sea and a ladder for easy access to the water. An outdoor hot tub is also available; please note it is open from 1 April to 31 October.

Main Villa:
Flooded with natural light, the villa’s spacious open-plan living and dining area features comfortable sofas with ample seating and a fireplace. In the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a small breakfast table and all the amenities you might need during your stay, the majolica tiles beautifully complement the neutral backdrop of the walls, while the window framing views of the sea creates a bright and airy atmosphere. The generous first-floor terrace is accessible from most of the bedrooms.

Reached via a staircase, the first floor comprises four double bedrooms, all with sea views and en-suite bathrooms. Three bathrooms feature showers, while one includes a bathtub and separate shower. Three of the bedrooms share a shaded terrace with a view. A safe is available in each room. Access to the villa is via a narrow private lane of approximately 300 metres descending from the main road, where parking for two cars is available. The villa is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Dépendance:
Adjacent to the main villa, with a separate entrance from a charming small sea-view terrace, the dépendance features two elegantly designed bedrooms with comfortable double beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. Both bedrooms enjoy uninterrupted sea views. Each room is thoughtfully equipped with air conditioning and a safe for your valuables, ensuring a truly comfortable stay. The stylish bathrooms are also fitted with hairdryers for added convenience and ease.
