Located near the heart of Positano, this elegant villa is the perfect place for a stylish break on one of the most famous stretches of coastline in the Mediterranean. Villa Alice boasts a generous panoramic terrace and sweeping views of the sea, providing the ultimate retreat on the Amalfi Coast. The Sorrentine Peninsula juts into the sea like a pointing finger, its rugged shores sprinkled with some of Italy’s most spectacular beaches, its bucolic interior molded by the limestone Monti Lattari.

The sight of Positano from a distance is breathtaking. Color is everywhere, reflecting on the tranquil sea, the silvery pebbled beach and the gleaming Majolica-domed church of Santa Maria Assunta. The houses built up from the waterside, accessible to one another via an endless array of steep stairs, boast pale sorbet colors. In summer, when the serried ranks of sunbeds fill up quickly, take a boat to explore the many small coves up and down the coast.

The center of Sorrento is laid out on a Roman grid of narrow lanes now lined with restaurants serving pasta and shops selling souvenirs.But away from the well-worn paths are little-explored nooks and crannies. Then there are traditional greengrocers and haberdashers huddled behind wooden shop fronts, the medieval palaces along Via Pietà, the magnificent courtyard of Palazzo Correale, and artisan workshops producing the same wood intarsia for which the town became famous in the 18th century.

Located in the picturesque hilltop town of Positano, Villa Alice boasts a generous furnished terrace with infinity pool and expansive panoramic views, providing the ultimate retreat in one of the most evocative corners on the Amalfi Coast. Offering an impressive sense of comfort and elegance, this exceptional villa has been completely renovated and restored to the highest standards. Villa Alice can accommodate up to ten plus two children featuring five double bedrooms and one bedroom for children and five bathrooms spread over three levels.

With a generous terrace overlooking the sea, this magnificent villa boasts an exceptional infinity pooland an exclusive sundeck furnished with comfortable sun loungers and deckchairs inviting guests to sit back and unwind. With spectacular views of the town and the crystal-clear waters of the sea, this elegant villa boasts a generous outdoor dining area and a lounge area with wrought iron sofas and armchairs for relaxing and socializing. From the terrace, you will enjoy wonderful views of Positano and the coast.

Flooded with light, the main level of the villa features a spacious fully-equipped kitchen featuring all the amenities you might need during your stay and a bright dining roomleading onto the main terrace, which offers a shaded dining area with iron table ideal for breakfast and al fresco dining. On the same floor you will also find a TV area with comfortable sofas, a bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower and two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Offering charm and modern comfort, the middle level houses a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The bedroom also features an area with comfortable armchairs and a balcony overlooking the sea. From the corridor, a staircase leads upstairs where there you will find two generous double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Both bedrooms have a balcony, fireplace and a living area with sofas. There is also a mezzanine level with a double futon bed for two children and a TV. Please note that the villa can accommodate ten guests in five double bedrooms plus two children in the double futon bed on the mezzanine level.

Retention time
