Location and Surrounding Area. Located near the heart of Amalfi and featuring a panoramic terrace with spectacular sea views, this elegant four-bedroom villa is the perfect place for those who seek complete relaxation on one of the most famous stretches of coastline in the Mediterranean. Deemed an outstanding example of a Mediterranean landscape by Unesco, the Amalfi Coast is one of Italy's most memorable destinations. Here, mountains plunge into the sea in a vertical scene of precipitous crags, cliff-clinging abodes and verdant woodland.

Thanks to its enviable geography between the eastern and western parts of the Mediterranean, Amalfi became politically and economically important to the Byzantine Empire, and a promoter of Christianity in northern Africa. Tucked between mountains and sea, Amalfi is a town best explored on foot. While Piazza Duomo and the main street are home to most shops and restaurants, spend some time exploring the quieter side streets, where you will find arched passageways, hidden gardens and tiny piazzas.

Conca dei Marini is a pearl on the Amalfi Coast amongst scented lemon orchards and flamboyant flowers. Less renowned than the nearby Amalfi, Ravello and Positano, this tiny town has impeccably preserved the old charm of a fishing village, with white houses tucked into the rock, like precious stones in a sculpted setting. It first made headlines in 1962, as Jacqueline Kennedy, on holiday with her children in Ravello, would depart from Conca dei Marini’s port for waterskiing trips with the Agnelli family.

Maiori's wide stretch of beach that covers about a kilometer of coastline in fine and large-grain sand is the town's top attraction, making it a lively and popular destination. The Amalfi Coast does not have many sandy beaches: the coastline is instead home to countless tiny coves lined with rocks or small beaches with pebbles worn smooth by the waves. The main seafront beach was formed as a result of the catastrophic floods of 1954 which destroyed the historic center and is located next to the rebuilt modern center.

Nestled high on a hill above Amalfi, Ravello was founded by the Romans and rose to prominence in the Middle Ages. However, it earned its reputation as a modern-day Shangri-La by luring the most gifted artists of each era. Ravello is famous for its ravishing gardens and stupendous views, the best in the world according to former resident Gore Vidal. The Ravello Festival is a classical music festival held in the gardens of Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone, and in a fabulous auditorium designed by Oscar Niemeyer.

The Property. Built at the beginning of the XVIII century and recently restored, Villa Achille provides the ultimate retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in one of the most evocative corners on the Amalfi Coast. With an impressive sense of comfort and elegance, this exclusive villa features a fully-furnished terrace and abundance of light. With spectacular views over the sea, Villa Achille can accommodate ten guests (eight guests plus two extra guests in a double sofa bed) featuring four double bedrooms with bathroom.

Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the villa boasts an exclusive pool and a beautiful sundeck equipped with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind while enjoying the charming panorama. The villa also boasts a generous terrace featuring an exceptional hot tub, a fully-equipped gym, an outdoor kitchen and a lounge area for relaxing and socializing. With a lemon garden and gorgeous views of the sea, the outdoor area is the perfect retreat to sunbathe or just sip a cocktail while enjoying the sea breeze.

Flooded with light, the villa boasts four double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. Offering an impressive sense of comfort and style, the first bedroom can accommodate four guests (two guests plus two extra guests) featuring a large double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, which is connected to this bedroom. Overlooking the sea, this room boasts a large en-suite bathroom with shower, high ceilings with impressive decorations and Vietri ceramic floors.

The living room features comfortable white sofas with plenty of seating and a mezzanine level where you will find a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy breakfast area. The second bedroom is located in the attic of the ancient chapel. The villa has an ancient history having been a chapel at the beginning of the 1700s. This bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. A particular feature of the room is the characteristic access staircase (fourteen steps) and thirteen portholes with charming views of the sea.

With golden walls recalling the color of the adjacent lemon garden, the third double bedroom (which, on request, can be converted into a twin room) boasts a large window and en-suite bathroom with shower. The fourth double bedroom has an independent external access. This double bedroom (which, on request, can be converted into a twin room) is accessed from a French window overlooking a panoramic patio equipped with armchairs. The bedroom features en-suite bathroom with shower and Vietri tiles.

Retention time
