Located on the second floor of a palazzo in the center of Venice and steps from the most exclusive dining, shopping and entertainment options, this unique apartment is the perfect place for a stylish break in one of the most beautiful cities in Italy. Venetian Palace is located in the lively and central San Polo district, in the center of Venice.The palazzo is close to some of the major attractions but is slightly off the beaten track, offering shelter from hit-and-run tourism.

This improbable canal city of lacy Gothic palaces built on mudbanks amid the tidal waters of the Adriatic Sea is totally unique. Once a powerful commercial and naval force in the Mediterranean, Venice has found a new role in the modern age. The palazzi have become museums, shops, hotels and apartments, while the convents have been turned into centers of art restoration. These days there is barely an off-season, though visiting in winter give a good chance of finding pockets of this magical city that still escape the crowds.

Though less than an hour from Venice, Padua seems a world away with its medieval marketplaces, Fascist-era facades and student population. Rich in art and architecture, this university town has two particularly outstanding sights. The palace is a few kilometers from Verona, a vibrant trading center, the largest city in Veneto and one of the most prosperous in Northern Italy. Designed as a comfortable home-away-from-home, it is ideal for both couples and families. Conveniently positioned near the San Tomà boat stop, and a short walk from the Grand Canal and the Basilica dei Frari, Venetian Palace enjoys a privileged location in the heart of the city of Venice. In the immediate vicinity are popular restaurants and bars.

Retention time
