The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with lift and has a charming view over the Borghese palace. The apartment is composed by an entrance, a living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette, one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower. The size of the apartment is roughly 50 sq. mt. The room, very comfortable as the apartment, is furnished with soft colors that help relax, also enjoys a splendid view on the Borghese Palace. The bed is a king size bed in the room there is also a large wardrobe.

 

Via Tomacelli is the 'beginning' of Condotti (officially Via dei Condotti) is a busy and fashionable street of Rome, Italy. Today, it is the street which contains the greatest number of Rome-based Italian fashion retailers, equivalent to Milan's Via Montenapoleone, Paris' Rue du Faubourg-Saint-Honoré, Florence's Via de' Tornabuoni or London's Bond Street. Caffé Greco (or Antico Caffé Greco), perhaps the most famous café in Rome was established at Via dei Condotti 84 in 1760, and attracted figures such as Stendhal, Goethe, Byron, Liszt and Keats to have coffee there. Guglielmo Marconi, inventor of radio, lived at Via dei Condotti 11, until his death in 1937.
