At 7/8 minutes by car from the medieval town of Capalbio and from the sea, this exclusive retreat has a private swimming pool excavated in the rocks, private gym, sauna and indoor pool.

Villa Stella is a very stylish house in Maremma, one of most beautiful regions of Tuscany, it has been recently refurbished with great respect for today's environment while maintaining its connection to its historic roots of yesterday. The entire ambiance is characterized by a mix of: architectural elements based on local tradition, such as the exposed beams, pergolas and oak flooring inspired by ancient Tuscan farmhouses, and a mix of sought stylish Provencal, Navy and contemporary style furnishings, high tech and modern facilities. It boasts a manicured lawn where take place a large pool in a 3 acres garden surrounded by olive grove, flowering jasmine, palm trees and bougainvillea. The location is perfect for your Italian stay discovering one of the most genuine regions of Tuscany and Italy. Many interesting place to visit are all accessible within half an hour drive away: 7/8 minutes by car from one of the most breathtaking Tuscan beaches, 20 min to Argentario with its rocky coast and the lively towns of Orbetello, Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole, 5 min to the Medieval hamlet of Capalbio, 5 min to the enchanting garden of Niki De Saint Phalle.

Interiors. The villa is based on three floors. The interiors are well decorated, brightly colourful and extremely elegant. Traditional Tuscan architecture meets modern elegance. Original cotto floors in a part of the house well melt with a white marble floor. The villa consists of a large ground floor with common areas: an entrance hall, a dining area and a well equipped kitchen on the left, a spacious living room and a lounge on the right a wellness area with Sauna, small gym and an indoor pool. A short staircase will lead you on upper floor where are located 3 double bedrooms each with en-suite bath. A lift will lead you on the lower floor, that has also an independent access from outside. On the lower floor there are 2 double bedrooms en-suite.

Next to the pool there is also a modern annex, that can also accommodate 2 other guests or can be useful as a relaxing area for who stays at the pool.

Exteriors. A 3 hectare private estate surrounds the villa. It has wonderful views out over the Maremma region till the Mediterranean sea. The garden of this Maremma luxury villa is beautiful. There are olive trees, cypresses, jasmine and even a rose garden. A kitchen garden will be ready from this summer to be available for the guest. You will also find some romantic outdoor dining area under a pergola.

A wide lawn surrounds the swimming pool of the villa which is equipped with sun beds. The swimming pool surrounded by big rocks is probably one of the most beautiful spot of this property with its natural ambiance, surrounded by a lush vegetation.

You will also find a pleasant shaded outdoor lounge. It is the ideal spot for relaxation. In the garden there are many places to sit and relax in the afternoon sun. In addition, on the first floor you will find a terrace with a panoramic view of the countryside and the sea. Here you will look out onto a typical green Tuscan landscape. Several architectural magazines have published this Maremma luxury villa.

Location. This Maremma luxury villa is located near the medieval town of Capalbio. It is in southern Tuscany. This region, characterized by gently rolling hills, sandy beaches and historic villages. One such village is Capalbio. Here house guests will find delicious restaurants, charming shops and markets selling good quality local produce. Retention time
