Villa Circe – San Felice al Circeo - Latium

4 Bedrooms (2 double, 2 with tower bed and  single bed)

Villa Circe is set in the silence and peace, in front of a Oak Tree Forest but very close to the sea, built in the typical Capri style: white and green interrupted only by the colour of red gerani and pink bouganvillea. The house is situated in a wonderful location, 5 minutes walk by the nearest beach and 10 minutes walk to the old village of San Felice, with its typical Templari tower, restaurants and bars.

This enchanting Villa is 500 mt. from the seaside and surrounded by a very big relaxing garden of about 2000 square mt. with a great variety of Mediterranean trees and perfumes: cypresses, cedars of Lebanon, pines, fruit and olive trees. Lay down on the sunbeds drinking a cold tea when you come back from the seaside and relax at the wonderful sun or in the shadow of the olives tree.
The Villa is on two separate floors and the apartment we rent is on the ground floor overlooking the garden. The apartment consist of: a big dining room with a nice and “al fresco” patio by the garden; 2 bedrooms with king size bed overlooking the garden; 2 bedrooms in the back of the house with 2/3 beds each with windows not overlooking the garden; kitchen with new fridge, dishwasher & washing machine; two completely renovated (2010) bathrooms with shower. Outside of the building, in a hidden corner there is a hot water shower in a niche. The big garden in front is enriched with typical Mediterranean plants and trees, 2 amacas, 2 wooden sunbeds, BBQ, games for children and tables and chairs to have lunch outside, it offers relax in all season. There is a table tennis and a volleyball net at the disposal of guests. P
rivate parking is not provided.

Description of the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is very big and red dressed, overlooking the front garden and there is place enough for a child bed can be put inside without problem. Small bed for a baby can be provided by the owner.Bedroom 2 is big with flower dressings and has a king size bed and there is space enough for a small cot and is overlooking ont the side of the garden. Near these two rooms there is a completely renovated (2010) bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3 is big and blue marine dressed but it's behind the kitchen on the back of the house and has got a renovated window from which you can't see the garden but just part of a white wall and the sky: it has got one tower bed (2 sleep) and one bed with a bed under it that you can lift up on its legs and become a double bed (2 sleeps). Bedroom 4 is big and green dressed: it is on the back of the house and has got a door to go outside and a renovated window from which you can see part of a wall and the sky, it has got one tower bed (2 sleep) and one single bed. Near these two rooms there is a completely renovated huge bathroom with bath tube and shower.

The National Park of Monte Circeo is an extraordinarily beautiful, natural site that has been preserved since 1934, containing the Monte Circeo, 20 km of superb sandy beaches, four lakes and a forest in its 8,500 hectares (18,700 acres). Recognised by UNESCO as a “World Heritage Site”. It also contains ruins of Emperor Domitian’s Villa and Lucullo’s Spring. The 1,700 foot Monte Circeo is believed to be the site of Circe and her Sirens, described in Homer’s Iliad: that's why they call it: Ulysses Riviera. This 30 km long stretch of fine sand and Dunes is simply breathtaking. Add to the natural beauty some really world class seafood restaurants on the water's edge in Sabaudia beach, and a sophisticated and full menu of summer concerts and activities. San Felice Circeo is half way from Rome and Naples around an hour by car. Also well connected by train and buses. Pompei, Naples and Reggia di Caserta are only 2 hours by car, Rome is 1 hour and half by car or by train.
