Villa Smeralda 500 square meters surface, is situated in Porto Cervo at Pevero Golf Hill one of the most exclusive location on the coast, boasts astonishing views of the beautiful emerald-coloured Mediterranean Sea. The gardens surrounding this villa are equipped with outdoor dining table and chairs, sun lounges, a barbecue, and a private swimming pool.

The interior of Villa Smeralda is furnished in a very elegant style.

On the first floor there is the entrance with large living room, dining room both with amazing sea view, separate fully equipped kitchen and one studio with en suite bath and sofa bed (suitable for two). Satellite TV, and air conditioning have been installed in the villa. One master bedroom with en-suite bath complete the floor.

Ground Floor: two large master bedroom with changing rooms and en suite bath. There is also a large room fitted with laundry machine, American kitchenette, private bathroom and bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for staff.

Included in the rental there is the linen and the final cleaning. Montly rental.

Retention time
