Enter the immaculate ground floor of the villa to find a stunning living room in light-colored wood and whites and fully-equipped kitchen with steam oven and dishwasher. On the ground floor is also one of the double rooms with an adjacent bathroom and an incredible view of the sea below. There is also a shoe storage room and washer and dryer on the ground floor.
The first floor boasts a double room with a view of the sea, a double room and a single bedroom with a bunk bed which with two adjacent bathrooms. There is a master bedroom with a large covered terrace, sea view and an en suite bathroom. All of the bedrooms are decorated in light colors which reflect the sun-filled windows with amazing views.
The property is accessed privately by way of a private driveway which leads to the villa. There are two parking spaces on the inside as well as an additional parking space inside the courtyard area through the sliding access gate. There is an outside kitchen area and barbeque and outside seating for fantastic meals al fresco. Along with the kitchen there are two sunbathing areas and a covered terrace.
